Another 350 cases of 750ml ready to go, big thanks to our scrappy bottling team and the pro operators @mobilebottlingsource
We 🍓 @cidersummit
Thanks for a great time!
Our newest release is a technicolor pillowfight of hazy goodness.
Soft and smooth with minimal bitterness and maximum crushability; you'd almost swear this is actual straight up juice as it cruises past your lips and engages your palate.
Melon, lychee, gooseberry and peaches are all well represented in the initial sip and are paid off by a clean acidity reminiscent of Meyer lemons and key limes.
Supplies extremely limited, not sure how long this will last * * * * * * *
APRIL FOOLS! 🤪 this is actually just a partially fermented cider after a week in the tank.
It's got at least another 4 months to go until it should actually be served.
Tastes pretty good tho!

Conditions looking right for cider flights, sunshine, and maybe a friendly round of bocce ball this weekend at the tasting room #richmondriviera #richmondca
It's pretty clear we have been supply constrained here at the cidery for a while. That's why we are very stoked to start the week off by doubling our capacity with two new Brite tanks. More tanks = more bottles.

The light at the end of the tunnel! Coinciding with our final pressings of the season hitting the tanks this week we got some real, actual sunlight in the cidery today 🌧️🌦️🌥️⛅🌤️🌞
Thank you, San Francisco for the 🌞
Custom Latte art from Richmond's newest cafe. ps: they also have cider and a sunny patio
If you pour they will come @capitolbeerfest 2019 #drinklocal #farwestcider 📸@ozperezg

Can you handle it? After 2.5 years we finally have tap handles. Keep your 👁️👁️ peeled for these popping up all around the bay real soon #cider #bayarea #handleIt
Beautiful day for deliveries in #chinatown #sf
3,000 lbs into the van last night, dang SF you thirsty!
#tbt to our first round of cider-specific grafts going into a 30 year old block of Royal Gala host trees back in March of 2014. Lucky to have several hundred gallons of this wild funky stuff aging quietly in the cellar from this year's harvest.

We get asked a lot what our favorite apple is. This changes all the time for us but #GoldRush would be near the top of the list most of the time. Looks like a Golden Delicious but tastes about 100x better. Tons of acid and sugar, presses out huge volumes of juice and that juice smells like cinnamon, what's not to like? Oh yeah, it also produces reliably, grows well in our region and is naturally resistant to all kinds of typical apple tree troubles.
First time running 750ml bottles on the automated line, knocking out 180 cases before lunch is pretty alright! #pickcider #ilovetechnologybutnotasmuchasyouyousee
Our cidery is based inside of the @riggersloftwineco collective; perched out on the end of a massive finger pier in the historic Kaiser shipyards in #RichmondCA, this place was once home to the largest shipbuilding efforts of WW2.
Pumping liquid apples on a Saturday morning, another 1200 gallons of 🦀🍎 juice beginning it's journey to becoming cider. This one should finish up around 9.5% abv 😲
