Our newest release is a technicolor pillowfight of hazy goodness.
Soft and smooth with minimal bitterness and maximum crushability; you'd almost swear this is actual straight up juice as it cruises past your lips and engages your palate.
Melon, lychee, gooseberry and peaches are all well represented in the initial sip and are paid off by a clean acidity reminiscent of Meyer lemons and key limes.
Supplies extremely limited, not sure how long this will last * * * * * * *
APRIL FOOLS! 🤪 this is actually just a partially fermented cider after a week in the tank.
It's got at least another 4 months to go until it should actually be served.
Tastes pretty good tho!

It's pretty clear we have been supply constrained here at the cidery for a while. That's why we are very stoked to start the week off by doubling our capacity with two new Brite tanks. More tanks = more bottles.
